Removing Listing from SERPS (for 3 weeks)

Is there a way I can have my listing from Google places removed for about 3 weeks

and then reactivate after that time ?

Will I lose my ranking completely ? or will it go back to where it's been for the past 18 months ?

No to both.

No you can't remove or delete - even if you wanted to permanently.
Google won't let you delete your listing.

No even if you could your ranking would not likely return for awhile and a chance it would take 6 - 8 weeks before it ranked at all.
