Request to Escalate Spam Lead Generation Listing or Guidance On The Next Steps

Hello,


I previously reported a fake Google Business listing on January 7th via the Google Redressal Form, but I have not received any update or resolution.


Business Name: Cash for Cars Now
Address: 294 Great South Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland 2025
Issue: This location actually belongs to Jai Car Wholesalers Ltd, and the listing was created using a keyword-stuffed business name instead of a legitimate one.


I believe this violates Google’s guidelines regarding keyword stuffing and misrepresentation of business locations. Despite my initial report, the listing is still active, and I have not received any response from Google.

The best way to get this escalate to Google is posting on the GBP forum and asking a PE to look into it.

I would resubmit the redressal form at least 1 or 2 more times before though. Also see if you can make any edits on maps.
