Review Blackmail - Google Blackmail Review Not Being Removed Despite Proof

Dear Members,

I received a blackmail review on one of my clients GMB listing. My client even has the screenshots of his conversation asking $150 to remove 1-star fake review.
And I contacted google support and provided all screenshots and everything required.

But google support says they remove the review. I don't understand why they can't remove it. even with the proofs provided.
Can anyone guide me, how to get those reviews removed?
