Many of my customers are rural (for example seed producers). They have a physical rural address that GMB can't understand because it's not a postal address. These customers also have a postal address that's on a rural route.

Problem: The postal code for the rural route has a postal code related to the nearest post office, which is often in the nearest Town. So, if we want a map pin showing their location, it shows the location of the post office in Town and not the location of the business. I'm aware they can be a GMB 'service area' business, but it would be nice to 'pin' their rural location, since that's actually where they do business.

Any ideas on how to get the GMB map pin to show up at their actual rural location?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Always use the physical address of the business. Using the post office address will likely cause the listing to be suspended. The workaround here is to request the postcard using the physical address and when the postcard has not arrived after 14 days, you can contact GMB support to help complete the verification.
