A potential client (Plumbing company) who has set his GBP as an SAB using his home address, is expanding and opened a brick & mortar location on the high street. When trying to claim a GBP for his new location apparently he gets pop-up message asking "is this your business" and shows his existing listing. I don't have access to the account so not 100% how he is going about it.
Is anyone familiar with this type of message?
More interestingly, Is it ok to create a GBP for a brick-and-mortar location in addition to an SAB listing and keep both listings even if they are in the same area?

Many thanks

Tell him to say no, this isn't my business.
