SAB not showing up on maps or in searches

Hi everyone,

Our agency GMB listing disappeared from Google maps. It's set up as a SAB because our office is our home. Just a few months ago it used to show up in searches for various keywords. Now the listing will show up only if I search the name of our company but will not appear for any keywords.
No suspension/warnings in the dashboard.

I noticed that 95% of the other agencies around us use street address for their listing.

Can anyone point me in the right direction here?

Hi @pilatesqueen there are a few different places you could start to troubleshoot. You can share the details here if you are comfortable doing so. Sounds like a filtering issue at first glance.
