Hoping to get some guidance on this, I’ve tried creating a 2nd GBP then move reviews, only Google support moved reviews to the opposite GBP in the old location. I was very clear which GBP ID reviews needed to be moved to. I’ve requested to have it escalated and now a Google support agent is saying they have to merge reviews to the old account per their guidelines. But I actually made the exact same request/procedure with another SAB client with no issues.
Should I push this along or delete the new account (now flagged as duplicate) and try again?
Or how long would it take for Google to update their service area, and begin ranking there? 2-4 weeks or 2-3 months?
Maybe citations to the new address would help tell Google they’ve moved and to update the SAB profile service area…
