I have a member that has their business profile filled out with an appointment link, as well as being directly connected with ServiceTitan for the direct booking pieces (they are a home services company). However, those links have completely disappeared from their Knowledge Panel (desktop and mobile).


Is this a known issue? Does anyone know why this might happen, and is there anything to do other than removing and re-adding, or trying to open up a help ticket with Google?
 
I can see the appointment link when I hit suggest an edit. There seem to be some ongoing issues with appintment links since the migration to NMX. I think some kinks may still be working themselves out.

I'd contact GBP Support and ask them if they can push them live.
