I have a member that has their business profile filled out with an appointment link, as well as being directly connected with ServiceTitan for the direct booking pieces (they are a home services company). However, those links have completely disappeared from their Knowledge Panel (desktop and mobile).
Is this a known issue? Does anyone know why this might happen, and is there anything to do other than removing and re-adding, or trying to open up a help ticket with Google?
