Seeking Help with Missing Legitimate Reviews

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping someone can take a look at a client's Google Business location and help me with understanding why some legitimate positive reviews are being removed. The client insists they're earning reviews organically without violating guidelines, and I used the "Transparency" Chrome extension as well to verify there's nothing unethical happening, and it came back with a verified status.

Here is the link to the Google Support Forum thread I posted. It contains two screenshots of reviews that were removed (one in January and within the past week or so). I'd love to be able to have an answer for them besides "sometimes legitimate reviews are removed," especially since it's happened a few times and they are frustrated.
