Just finished catching up on this episode...lots of local SEO gold in there. I work with a local first team at the Orlando SEO Agency, and this update about the local pack shrinking to just 3 spots really hit home. We’ve definitely seen the impact on visibility for some of our newer clients.

Also agree with what was said about Google favoring national chains, that’s been a trend we’ve had to combat hard by focusing on entity-building and local brand signals.

The part about “agreement” across GMB, site schema, citations, and reviews is ... feels like the direction local SEO has been heading for a while now. Definitely sharing this one with our team.
