I have a client who has a service area business and works from home. They have been showing the address of the business for years, which I am aware they should not be, but they have.
For whatever reason Google is now requiring a video verification. Should I have them remove the address from the listing before the video verification or just do the video verification and explain this is their home and they understand now that they need to not show the address.
It says that edits won't show up until after the verification so it won't remove the address either way I'm guessing. I just don't know if they should at least try to remove the address because it could possibly help the listing from getting suspended. Any help would be appreciated.
