Service justification retired?

Anyone has a recent example of a service justification? I've been trying to get one all day, and I can't seem to...

Now that you mention it I don't recall seeing anything but review justifications lately.

I can definitely say that product-based justifications of the type "sold here:" and "clients have seen:" (or whatever the English wording) justifications are possible. I managed to trigger them while trying to get service ones.
