Setting Up Multiple GMB Question

I'm working through getting the Google Agency set up as I have people wanting help creating and setting up their GMBs. Does the process work like this;

I set up my Agency account and verify it.
Then I get clients gmail accounts and set up their GMBs (minimum of 10 locations)
And then I'm able to verify them through my agencies email or telephone number?

Is that correct?

If not, what is the process involved?

Hey Michael,

No that's not how the agency dashboard works. The main purpose of the agency dashboard is to allow an agency to more effectively and efficiently manage multiple listings. It does not give the agency any special verification powers.

One of the great things about the agency dashboard is it makes it much easier to gain access to existing verified listings. Once it's set up you can either send requests out to manage listings or you can have businesses add your agency account or a location group within it as a user of their business listing(s)
