Should ad-specific landing pages care about SEO?

I am obviously optimizing for seo on the regular pages, but I am making landing pages specifically for my google ads. They will not be in the menu or dropdowns. Do I need to worry about h1, tags etc? Or can I just optimize for conversions (call me, text me, msg me etc)

Let me preface this by saying that I don’t do PPC, but I do know that those pages need to be set as noindex and Google does give a score of the ad and the land page content factors into the score.
