Show address or external link (to website or maps)

If I'm writing a blog about local coworking spots in town, do you think it's better to put the address in the copy or just link to Google maps?

Or to their website?

Or all of the above?

I've been trying to find some research on local search indicators but having a tough time finding something this specific.

I also thought about doing a custom google map that lists them all.

Appreciate any advice you have.

2. Helpful list for other freelancers in the area. I've always wanted a list like this for myself, that wasn't out of date.
