Are your US clients sending out SMS based review requests? It seems like most service businesses do not have 10DLC numbers.

As a Local SEO / Service provider do you help them get a 10DLC number from Twilio (/other providers)?

I’m interested to hear which approach you went with: are you using CallRail’s texting feature to send post-service review requests for your client, or did you choose an alternative? I’m in the process of registering and approving a TextGrid A2P campaign, but I’m open to any other suggestions.

yeah, pretty much all our US clients shoot out review requests via SMS, 10DLC numbers are a must tho

we usually hook them up on twilio, it's honestly chill and takes like a day or two tops

helps texts land legit and keeps you out the spam bin. defs worth the minor hassle!

Hi Peter,

I’m curious how you set this up in Twilio for your clients, do you create a dedicated brand and 10DLC campaign for each client, or how do you handle it?

A2P 10DLC registrations are not at all simple and fast, in my experience. We do them for our clients via GHL (HighLevel) and almost every time it's a dumpster fire getting them to be approved. I wonder what would be different about going through Twilio, because Twilio is the carrier that GHL uses (I think).
