Suspended Conundrum

I have a client who had their profile suspended. "Profile Doesn't Follow the guidelines". They were using the house address as an SAB even though they have a commercial space. They legitimately used the house as their office for years. We appealed and were rejected twice. So we recently changed to show the address and switched to the commercial location. We have updated the website to include the new address as well. But theere's no more option left to appeal. They had lots of legit reviews that they don't want to lose. A great reputable company. Can anybody help?

You may need to post on the Google help forum and hope an expert can help get a reconsideration. but I'm curious as to why you went SAB if you have a commercial space?

Assuming you have good reasons for wanting to stick with the SAB/home address, is that address the actual, legal business address? You would need documentation of that, such as DBA or LLC filing, insurance, utilities, etc, matching that business name and address.
