Legitimate updates to GBP business category or phone number can often lead to profile suspension, and for many, it does.
So when a client requests these changes, we have them understand and acknowledge that it could lead to a profile suspension.
Do you folks have a better way of handling this?
If it is business name, phone or address, I send instructions to the primary owner to make any of these changes from their business location. I would also like to know if there are any other methods.
