The best way to get Citations indexed?

So I have submitted a business into a few Citation sites in the UK, I have made sure the name, address and number is the same on each but I can't seem to get them indexed.

Do you just wait for them to index naturally?

Just one note to what Phil already mentioned:

There are different types of "indexing", and it is not clear which one you are referring to. If you refer to the listings' pages appearing in Google's search result when you look for them, that is just the first step of the process of recognizing a citation as such.
