The GBP changes keep reverting automatically!

I’m facing an ongoing issue where any updates I make to my Google Business Profile are automatically reverted shortly after being saved. For example, when I add or update categories, the changes revert within 10–20 minutes. After updating or replacing the information on the GBP, I repeatedly refreshed the browser, and around the 10–15 minute mark, all the new changes reverted to the old ones and showed as “pending review.” After refreshing twice more, all the new information was completely replaced with the old details again.

Additionally, even the deleted services keep reappearing on their own.

I’ve contacted Google Support multiple times about this issue. Initially, I was informed that the problem had been resolved, but it still persists. I have now managed to create a 10-minute video demonstrating exactly how this happens. However, I must admit I’m not very hopeful, given the support experience I’ve had over the past two months regarding this case.

No, that is a US-based profile. It belongs to a company, where I am employed.

Have you double checked that no app is connected that might be enacting automatic reverts? I really should have the URL for that saved, but I unfortunately don't

Yes, that was the first thing I checked before posting. I verified that no applications are linked, the citations and directories are fine, and the social links are correct.

Then that might be a reason. Are you set up as an agency or the business owner?
