I submitted a ticket over a month ago to request the removal of a negative review left by a job candidate who was not offered the position. Although I can see that the ticket is still pending, I have been unable to follow up with Google support for assistance or updates on the issue. I've sent follow up requests but haven't heard anything. Additionally, I never received an email regarding the support ticket that I could respond to.
