Got a bit of an odd situation which I could use your advice on. One of our store managers has an order of protection against another individual. This person left a negative review on her store, violating the order. The manager has sent legal information to Google's removal email about her protective order, including the order, proof of the reviewer's identity, and relevant police reports, and asked that the review be taken down. This was done on February 7th and the review is still up. What's the usual time frame that Google removes reviews when a legal complaint is involved?
