I am working white label for an agency and was asked to set up 4 kids clubs at local halls and leisure centres for one hour, one day per week. I used my work gmail account planning to transfer ownership. The client verified using their work email domain for each location, this showed as processing and then back to Verification Required in GBP Manager screen. The only option is now Video Verification. This morning I noticed in the GBP Help pages says access has been suspended (referencing my email address).

Any advice re following the guidelines? opening times and address? e.g. should I add a room within the centre and should opening times only be the one hour the club is at the location? Should I change the listing name to X club at Leisure Centre Name? Are listings such as these even possible now?

Classes aren't eligible for listings. They're listed out in this section for inelgible businesses:

  • An ongoing service, class, or meeting at a location that you don't own or have the authority to represent.

Thanks for confirming @JoyHawkins
Hopefully I can just remove myself as the primary & only owner so they are no longer flagged on my account. They are/were never visible to the public so assume they won't show as permanently closed?
