Troubleshooting the "See what's in store" feature?

Our retail brand is working to set up our GBPs with the "See what's in store" feature. We have the products in merchant center with the correct inventory information connected to each store, but it's not showing up on the front end. Does anyone have any experience troubleshooting issues with this feature? We talked to our Google rep and they didn't have much advice other than that it looked like a bug.
