Does Turning off Automated calls and texts from Google in GBP have any adverse impact on rankings/visibility or increase GBP profile suspension risk? Would like to know everyone's thoughts pros/cons.
 
I can't imagine there would be any adverse impacts. Lots of businesses can't handle automated features like this. So, forcing a business to use it seems sketchy, even for Google. That's my two cents anyway.

Somewhat related - I've tried turning them off on all of the accounts we manage, but the bookings and inquires toggle keeps switching itself back on. Anyone else have this happen to them?
