Unable to See NMX Preview Upon Clicking on GBP From Dashboard

I'm encountering an issue with the dashboard. When I click on GBP from the dashboard, it opens the knowledge panel as expected, but the NMX preview is not displayed. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know how to resolve it? Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Are you sure you are opening the final link in a new tab and replacing the Business Profile ID correctly?
I’ve tested this with almost 30 different businesses from different accounts, and it has worked fine every time.

If you’re comfortable sharing the Business Profile ID and the base URL, I can complete the link for you. Then you can open it in the same account in a new tab.
