Hello, I'm having some problems that only happen with 3 tire stores owned by the same client:
- First, I changed the name of the three profiles and Google didn't accept any of them, so far so good, it's not that strange.
- Second, I answered all the questions on the profiles, I listed several services that the client offered, including the name and description, and after a while Google simply removed everything from the 3 stores. I tried to do the same thing again on one of the profiles and Google removed everything 1 day later.

I work for another tire store company, and this hasn't happened to me, and it doesn't happen to any other company. Only to this specific company. Has anyone experienced this, and do you know if there's a way for me to resolve this situation?

Sorry if my English isn't very clear, but I'm Brazilian and my native language is Portuguese.

No, I always use different emails for the profiles I manage. In this case, since there are 3 profiles for the same client, I use the same email.

I would check to see if a 3rd party tool that is overwriting what you're putting in.

To see what apps currently have access to change your account here, have every Google account that manages the listing check here: Sign in - Google Accounts. Look for things listed under the third-party apps section that say they have access to manage business listings.

The only one that has this is Bing Places.

But I think it's some kind of bug in Google My Business with these listings.

This is interesting bc we saw a bunch of listings change on us and we did NOT do it. BUT found out another agency does Bing PLaces for this client. I am wondering could have Bing done something to the GBP listings????

If you follow the steps I listed above for every Google account that manages the listing, it should tell you if it has access.

@JoyHawkins What if there are multiple users on your listings. So if you have two agencies with access, would your login tell you what THEY connected? I didnt think it would. I thought you would only see the third parties you connected on your login

Unfortunately not. You would have to get them to check. This is one of many reasons why I usually tell people it's a bad idea to work with multiple agencies.

Thanks Joy! Yes it stinks. No accountability and until I can see who has access to what I am purely speculating on why their info got changed to bad info, old info etc
