It was a slow and rainy weekend here in Munich and I was wondering what UULE is short for. I haven't found an answer (I have found out that hl is short for "host language" and gl is short for "geo location"). So if you know: I would love to know :)

While I don’t think google has ever published a definition of UULE, at Whitespark we have a guess that it stands for Universally Unique Location Emulation (or Emulator). The “UU” in UUID stands for universally unique, so it makes sense it would be the same here.
