Verifying a Second Listing for Same Operator/Different Service Area

SAB has a verified listing in Dallas, TX. The same person who works this area will also be working in the Oklahoma City area, so will need a second listing for that region. My question is, since their home address that's being used to verify these SAB listings will be the same, will Google either determine their service radius based on that address, or possible even consider it a duplicate since their Dallas listing was verified using the same address? How would I go about getting the second listing for the OKC region verified for that service area?

You can't verify 2 SAB listings at the same address, one would either be flagged as a duplicate or suspended. If you wanted to rank in the OKC area, you need a business address there.
