Weglot's Untranslated Duplicate Pages?

I have recently found that the law firm that I'm managing SEO for has been using the Weglot plugin to translate pages automatically. However, I have noticed that the plugin basically immediately rammed its word cap for translation, and then attempted auto-upgrades for plans (which were thankfully stopped). Furthermore, I've noticed that it seems willing to generate pages even with no translation, giving the site entire pages of duplicate content.

This whole process happened before my time, and I'm wondering if anyone else has discovered similar pitfalls with Weglot.

Basically, how bad are the untranslated duplicate pages from Weglot? Does anyone have experience with their higher tier plans, especially their enterprise plans? Anything to watch out for? Any other thoughts, good or bad would be appreciated.
