Hey guys. Any idea why the need for 4 dashboards from WebFX and also how do they get this info please?

Exactly what's stated in my previous post. Unless Web FX is referring to Google Local business Insights and the Local Pack I am not aware of any option which shows how many calls from the regular SERP's listings?

You can use tools like CallRail to track calls from people landing on pages, calls generated from people who see your Google Maps Listing, and even calls from Ads you run on Adwords.
