Speaking to brightlocal they recommended choosing from the following categories: FYI

"I did a quick check, but could not find a category that would state specifically "Digital Marketing Agency".

I did find these results for "marketing" search terms:

Internet marketing service
Marketing agency
Marketing and Communication Agency

Media Marketing Agency
Social Marketing Agency

I would do some searches for your core keywords and see what the ranking competitors are using. Then base your decisions on what you find there.
