I use a variety of tools:
- Moz for general tracking
- Clicky for Analytics
- Screaming Frog for on-page issues
- Long Tail Pro for Keyword research
- Buffer for social media
- Process Street productivity program to keep the team on track
- Spotify to keep me sane
- Coffee to keep me awake

A lot of the tools mentioned are great! In addition to Screaming Frog for on-page issues I also you Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager from Microsoft. IIS lets you perform site analysis' and find some issues that Screaming Frog may miss. When performing analysis' on sites I always will run them in both Screaming Frog and IIS.
