My client has a service area roofing business. He established his Google Business Profile (GBP) on the west side of town. For some time now, however, he's been located more centrally in the same town. He has a handful of citations with the old address, but his BBB, Yelp, and California Contractor's license have either his complete street address and zip code or at least the new zip code.
He failed his first video verification, but the second one succeeded, and the profile remained verified for two weeks. Google is now requiring another video verification.
This process has been going on for a very long time. Is it worth it to reach out to Help via the GBP?
