Which rank tracking tool allows you to pick time of day

I currently use LocalFalcon but would like 3 pack rank tracking as well. However, I am seeing fluctuation with results when I run rank tracking scans between when a business is open and closed. Does anyone know of a rank tracking tool that will track local 3 pack, not maps directly, that allows me to specify what time of day and which day of the week to run the scan? Thank you in advance.
