Why are Google 'posts' not showing up on all my accounts

Hi All,

Google Posts now live for all Google My Business users

We have been loving this new update and are really keen to use it but unfortunately it only shows up on one of our accounts and not the other. Is it being slowly rolled out across accounts?

So on our account with about 900 locations all the branches have the 'posts' option

But in our second account with 90 branches the option doesn't appear

Does anyone know why this may be?

Hey There.

I don't think your screenshots worked - they look broken to me.

Can you let me know what type of business is in the second account? The posts option is not on hotels so if they are hotels, that would explain why they are missing.
