I’ve received new reviews on my Google profile last saturday(3 new ones in dental practice), but they aren’t being counted in the GBP. I should have 143, 142, and I currently have 138. This surprises me because people can see the reviews, I can see them as well, but they’re not being counted correctly next to the rating stars, so I’m not sure what’s going on. These are new Google accounts from my clients with no proevious reviews, maybe Google thinks they’re suspicious, but they’re not, they’re from real customers. That’s my issue, and I’ve reported it, but I don’t know what else to do to resolve this situation. What do u think u can do to resolve this?

The average rating does not update in real time. So if you have a 1-star review and then get a few 5-star reviews, your average rating will still display low for several days.

It generally takes 3-7 days for the average rating to update once you get new reviews.

If it's already been 7 days, the other possibility is that some of your older reviews got removed.

Yes, it’s been around fifteen days, so I do think that other reviews that were already there have been deleted, not the new ones. What’s curious is that it coincided with the moment the new ones were posted. A bit strange, really, but oh well. I imagine this is related to what you mentioned earlier, right? It’s a shame I think what Google is doing with these reviews is backfiring. But, well, I also understand that some businesses might use fake ones, but I think something is going wrong there.
