Looks like (as of late last week) they updated their rules for removing business listings. Basically if you created it, you should be able to simply delete it. If it has been fed to Yahoo through a third party site, you'll have to go through the third party site.

Bonus: Local Basic clients no longer get assisted support. You can only go through the online form.

Thank you for the information! Do you know if there is a way to remove a listing that is in your dashboard, but is not a paid listing and is not from another source? Thank you!
 
That form goes nowhere. I have been trying to remove duplicate listings for a client for MONTHS and I can't get it done. Maddening.
 
Thanks for sharing, These Yahoo listings have been much more difficult to manage in the last couple of months.

Do you know the turnaround time for yahoo listings that pull information from Yelp listings?
