Hey there, I've definitely seen some problems with reviews if they're left at the same IP address as the business. A big red flag for Google's review filter is if reviews for the business are posted while connected to the business's wifi.

From what I'm gathering so far I don't think you're doing anything wrong on your end. Hate to say it, but this might be worth talking to GMB support about if you haven't already.

Hm..This is an interesting case. Are the customers leaving the review at your business location? I've seen a bunch of cases where reviews don't get published because the business is asking for reviews on the spot -- doubly so if they're connected to that business's wifi connection.

Phil, Really appreciate your reply. I think it might be worth bringing up that I have some suspicion that Google automatically grants Site Manager access to whoever gets verified and requests access to a GMB profile. Have you seen this syntax in the verification URL before?
