If it helps, I've been dealing with a few suspended listings over the past week or so. They're actually pretty quick right now, I'm hearing back from them within about 24 hours or so. Not 1-2 weeks.

Are watermarks of any kind allowed in photos uploaded to a GMB listing? For example, one particular business has their photos 'taken' frequently, and used by other local biz or end up on other websites. So, they've put a watermark (their company logo) in the corner of each photo they upload to...

Right now the clinic has the one GMB listing--the other physicians' GMBs haven't been set up yet. the short URL has been set up. The clinic does ask them to leave a review when the 'check out' and pay after each appointment.

Tim, you're losing out on organic search traffic. I get what you're saying regarding the reviews, but I see reviews as something that helps with conversions... if you don't have the traffic you can't get the conversions.

Just an update on this... I logged into my GMB account and looked at the categories. Looks like I had about 5 selected. I removed all but ONE category, and once it was approved (which it took about 3-5 mins to get approved), my KP is now back for my business name.
