Where can we find business GMB URLs? How can we tell the difference between profile and pages?

Has anyone done PPC with Bing for clients?
When you think about it, if your clients demographic is older (like mine), Bing kind of makes sense.
Would love to hear others experience with it; and maybe even compare it to Big G.

I did a search for a dentist in a location. Clicked on the More Results link under the 3-pack.
Then clicked on the top result, and look what showed up to the right of his listing. See attached image.
Google is showing organic results under his info. That goes for...
I just signed up for the trial, and don't see how I can do this "competitive analysis" and revers engineer competitors.

Not just Groupon, but others with clients who run very good specials?

SEMRush shows MergenOrthodontics.com with on 6 referring domains, and they are dominating that city.
This morning they bounced down to second organic from first yesterday. And they are at the top in the pack.
In doing some research on competitors of my clients, I'm quite surprised to see SEMRush showing only 6 or so backlinks (domains) and they are in the number one spot for maps and even organic.
Am I missing something?
I get the understanding of consistent nap, citations, etc...
