What happens after 3 weeks? Is another verification method offered? As an Agency, this video verification process is hugely cumbersome.... have to have a client employee on site that is tech savvy enough to log in to GBP, have all their ducks in a row, and then wait in the queue. Grrrrrr.......

I had a client that the only option Google offered was a "live video" verification - it wasn't a CALL, but they would need to scan a QR code from their smartphone and then video the facility, address, certifications, utility bills, etc. So, it took several days for my client to get their act...

Update on this process for anyone interested.... it took my client a few days to be ready to do the video verification, and so today, I was all ready to coach them through it on the phone and we logged into GMB and lo and behold, the verification was now switched to postcard. So..... I don't...
