Last week I got 5 scam requests from the same person! I am used to getting maybe 3 a month, but I too have noticed an increase recently.

I have experienced 30 day waits since about the beginning of October. There was a bug of sorts that caused profiles to get suspended for minor changes, resulting in a tremendous backlog of these cases. I still have a couple that were started late October and have not received a reply yet.

We don't use any 3rd party apps or anything. Just log in directly to GMB and do everything manually.

This has happened to me too, three brand new listings that hadn't even been verified yet - when I went back to enter the codes, it has the description and URL striked out. They don't want to change the other citations though, that is the main concern. Before the change in GMB's service area business terms, I seem to recall that, even if the address was not showing, it was still in the dashboard, so it just made sense that everything should still match that info...
