Our client, a law firm, is available (phone) 24/7, even on holidays. However, their offices will be closed on most of the regular holidays, like New Year, Thanksgiving, etc. I would normally go into their GBP, leave their 24/7 availability but mark the office closed during those holidays. Does that make sense from your point of view/experience, or does it create a problem/clash?

Leave it alone. Nobody shows up at a law firm without an appointment, especially on a holiday.
