6 Location Gym GMB Access?

Hello everyone! We are responsible for gaining GMB access into 6 locations of a large national gym here in the USA. Eventually, we would need to gain access to another 15 or so locations.

For the life of me, I can't find any definitive answers on how to gain access or send the email request into the past managers / owners of the GMB accounts. They have all been accessed at one point by previous gym managers but no one knows anything about who they were or who to contact internally. Any help here will be much appreciated!

Post #2 from Ric gives a tip to see part of the email address, which could help you figure out who owns acct.
