A search for our company name does not return our profile

From 2010 to 2023 searches for our name 'Cerritos Auto Square' returned our google maps profile: https://g.co/kgs/hrwFaFU​

Starting in November of 2023 searches for our name “cerritos auto square” started returning the road near our location and stopped returning our knowledge panel on google and our profile on google maps.

Searching for almost anything else related to our name continues to bring up our knowledge panel and maps profile (for example: 'cerritos auto mall' or 'cerritos auto square used cars').

* The error above occurs near the business in SoCal. Users outside the US do not have the error above.
* Our assumption is that our business name is seen as a point of interest and not as an entity.

Notes:
Our ‘business profile manager’ is fully verified.
Our ads manager is linked to our maps profile.
The schema on our website is updated, complete and linked to our profile.
Our google reps pressed their bosses for help.
We have filed many help tickets.
We used bright local to update our NAP on all platforms and databases
We have a wikipedia page

We are looking for any advice on how we can convince the algo to see our company as an organization/entity?

it's not that the algorithm doesn't understand you are an organization, it's that the algorithm changed its interpretation of the query itself. It's a risk inherent to the business name being basically the same as a query for the street.

ugh, I was afraid of that. It seems like the algo should know that "auto square drive in the city of cerritos" is different from "cerritos auto square" - especially with our maps profile, NAP, wikipedia and schema helping the algo make the distinction.

Do you have any tips to try and shake things up for the algo?

It's now showing correctly; it had to be the street name that was causing the issue.
