So I run a small agency located out of Denver Colorado. I lived there and have created several hundred Google-related accounts for my clients so that I could create, manage and employ Analytics, Search Console, GBP pages etcetera. I know all of the recovery email addresses and phone numbers but now that I've personally relocated to another part of the country it has become a ginormous pain in the butt navigating around Google's security net to even access or login into these accounts. It doesn't matter that I know the recovery email, get the code, enter the cell, and get the code, it gets all this verifying info and then says some nonsense that they can't let me access this account because of suspicious activity. My question to the other agency managers is how you are dealing with this. creating the client's own Google account and assets serves me well in being able to manage and transfer my client assets to the rightful owners but this login nightmare is making me nuts. Anybody tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

Are you sharing access to these accounts with your clients, meaning can they log in? I am unsure why you don't have one master account for yourself where you add GA and GSC.

I do share access with most of the clients as they are truly their property but they are not logging in. Operating as a sole proprietor I didn't want my clients to be out of luck should something happen to me. They also sometimes work with other vendors so giving out master account access to other vendors is no bueno. I do forward these account gmails to a master account as well as GBP manager status to a master account.
