GBP Summary--Any way to edit?

We have a home health care client who has one of the summaries on their GBP. The wording on it is super odd "require house care at home" is the problem line. We have reported it mutiple times. THey remove it for a day and it comes back

We dont have this on the site anywhere. We have scoured it. So we have no clue where this wording is coming from . Any suggestions?

I would also suggest checking your digital footprints, such as citations, directory listings, and other links available on Google. You can find many of these in the SERPs. Please review them to see if any contain incorrect information. Google gathers information from various sources, so it’s possible this data is coming from one of those listings. If you find the incorrect information, it should be updated at the source.
