Is there any way to track calls from sponsored Google Business Profile ads?

Hi, my Google Business Profile appears in 3-pack and in Google Maps as an "ad" when my Google Ads campaign is running with Location Extension.

The phone number appears the same as my "non-paid" Google Business Profile phone number so I'm not sure how to identify which customers reached me organically and which ones from the paid ads.

Any suggestion?
